At Expressions Website Design Corporation, we are committed to providing professional website design, website hosting, website maintenance, and related services. By purchasing any service or package from Expressions Website Design Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Billing & Payment Policy.

Payment terms:
* Payment is due according to the invoice, proposal, or agreed-upon payment schedule.
* Certain services may require full or partial payment before work begins.
* Recurring services, including website hosting, website maintenance, and subscription-based plans, are billed in advance.
* Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the interruption of one or more services and may lead to the permanent cancellation of such services.

Final sales – no refunds:
All transactions are final.
Due to the nature of digital products and professional services, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued after payment has been received, regardless of whether services have begun, are in progress, or have been completed.
This policy applies to all services and products offered by Expressions Website Design Corporation, including but not limited to:
* Website Design.
* Website Development.
* Website Hosting.
* Website Maintenance.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
* Domain Registration and Renewals.
* Consulting Services.
* Custom Services.
* Custom Packages.
* Setup Fees.
* Any other products or services offered by Expressions Website Design Corporation.

Services and Packages:
Services and packages are valid only for the specific service or package purchased.
Services, packages, discounts, promotional offers, and credits may not be combined, transferred, substituted, exchanged, or applied toward any other service or package unless expressly approved in writing by Expressions Website Design Corporation.

Service interruption and cancellation:
If payment is not received by the due date, Expressions Website Design Corporation. reserves the right to interrupt service(s) or permanently cancel any affected service(s) without prior notice.
To restore interrupted service(s), the customer must:
* Pay all outstanding balances in full.
* Pay a Service Reinstatement Fee of $99.99 plus applicable sales tax.
The outstanding balance and reinstatement fee must be paid within seven (7) calendar days from the date the service is interrupted.
If payment is not received within the seven-day period, Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to permanently cancel the affected service(s). Upon cancellation, website files, hosting accounts, business email accounts, backups, databases, and other associated data may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable. If the customer wishes to receive services again after cancellation, the purchase of new services or packages may be required.

Taxes:
Applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including sales tax where required, will be added to all invoices.

Customer responsibilities:
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate information necessary to complete the requested services.
* Respond to requests for approvals, content, and communications in a timely manner.
* Make all payments by the agreed due dates.
* Maintain valid payment information for recurring services.
* Provide all materials and information required for the project, including: content, images, logos, text, and any other necessary files.

Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expressions Website Design Corporation’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Policy changes:
Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to modify or update this Billing and Payment Policy at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on our website or through other official company communications.

Acceptance of this policy:
By paying an invoice, purchasing any service or package, signing a proposal or agreement, or using any service provided by Expressions Website Design Corporation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Billing and Payment Policy.

Rights reserved:
All rights reserved. Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to refuse service, interrupt or cancel services, modify pricing, discontinue services or packages, update policies, and enforce this Billing and Payment Policy at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not be considered a waiver of any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
