At Expressions Website Design Corporation, we are committed to providing professional website design, website hosting, website maintenance, and related services. By purchasing any service or package from Expressions Website Design Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Billing & Payment Policy.

Payment terms:
* Payment is due according to the invoice, proposal, or agreed-upon payment schedule.
* Certain services may require full or partial payment before work begins.
* Recurring services, including website hosting, website maintenance, and subscription-based plans, are billed in advance.
* Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the interruption of one or more services and may lead to the permanent cancellation of such services.

Final sales – no refunds:
All transactions are final.
Due to the nature of digital products and professional services, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued after payment has been received, regardless of whether services have begun, are in progress, or have been completed.
This policy applies to all services and products offered by Expressions Website Design Corporation, including but not limited to:
* Website Design.
* Website Development.
* Website Hosting.
* Website Maintenance.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
* Domain Registration and Renewals.
* Consulting Services.
* Custom Services.
* Custom Packages.
* Setup Fees.
* Any other products or services offered by Expressions Website Design Corporation.

Services and Packages:
Services and packages are valid only for the specific service or package purchased.
Services, packages, discounts, promotional offers, and credits may not be combined, transferred, substituted, exchanged, or applied toward any other service or package unless expressly approved in writing by Expressions Website Design Corporation.

Service interruption and cancellation:
If payment is not received by the due date, Expressions Website Design Corporation. reserves the right to interrupt service(s) or permanently cancel any affected service(s) without prior notice.
To restore interrupted service(s), the customer must:
* Pay all outstanding balances in full.
* Pay a Service Reinstatement Fee of $99.99 plus applicable sales tax.
The outstanding balance and reinstatement fee must be paid within seven (7) calendar days from the date the service is interrupted.
If payment is not received within the seven-day period, Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to permanently cancel the affected service(s). Upon cancellation, website files, hosting accounts, business email accounts, backups, databases, and other associated data may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable. If the customer wishes to receive services again after cancellation, the purchase of new services or packages may be required.

Taxes:
Applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including sales tax where required, will be added to all invoices.

Customer responsibilities:
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate information necessary to complete the requested services.
* Respond to requests for approvals, content, and communications in a timely manner.
* Make all payments by the agreed due dates.
* Maintain valid payment information for recurring services.
* Provide all materials and information required for the project, including: content, images, logos, text, and any other necessary files.

Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expressions Website Design Corporation’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Policy changes:
Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to modify or update this Billing and Payment Policy at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on our website or through other official company communications.

Acceptance of this policy:
By paying an invoice, purchasing any service or package, signing a proposal or agreement, or using any service provided by Expressions Website Design Corporation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Billing and Payment Policy.

Rights reserved:
All rights reserved. Expressions Website Design Corporation reserves the right to refuse service, interrupt or cancel services, modify pricing, discontinue services or packages, update policies, and enforce this Billing and Payment Policy at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not be considered a waiver of any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Because our services may involve customized work, dedicated resources, development time, and services performed specifically for each customer, all payments are final and non-refundable.

All payments are non-refundable:
All payments made to Expressions Website Design Corporation are non-refundable once submitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Website design and development.
* Website redesigns and modifications.
* eCommerce website services.
* Website maintenance.
* SEO services.
* Hosting services.
* Domain-related services and fees.
* Business email services.
* Setup and installation fees.
* Custom development and programming.
* Content-related services.
* Website backups or physical website copies.
* Consultation or project-related fees.
* Any other service, product, or fee identified in an approved quote, invoice, agreement, or service order.

Project payments:
Once a customer approves a project quote and submits payment, Expressions Website Design Corporation may immediately allocate time, resources, software, development work, and other services toward the project. For this reason, payments cannot be refunded because a customer changes their mind, changes their business plans, decides not to proceed, or no longer requires the website or service.

Cancellation after payment:
A customer may request cancellation of a project or service after payment; however, cancellation does not create an entitlement to a refund. If a project is canceled after payment has been received, any work already completed, services already provided, resources allocated, or third-party costs incurred remain payable and are not refundable.

Payments and services cannot be combined:
Payments made for one service, project, invoice, quote, subscription, or agreement may not be combined with, transferred to, credited toward, exchanged for, or applied to any other service or project. Each payment applies specifically to the service or services identified on the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or service order.

For example, a payment made for website design cannot be transferred or applied toward SEO, hosting, maintenance, domain services, business email, or another website project.

Payments may not be:
* Combined with payments for another service.
* Transferred to another project.
* Applied as credit toward another service.
* Used to pay for a different account.
* Exchanged for another service.
* Carried over to a different project or agreement.
* Linked to another service or agreement.

No payment may be combined with or used in connection with another service unless Expressions Website Design Corporation expressly agrees to such an arrangement in writing.

Failure to provide required materials:
For website projects, customers may be required to provide website-related content, images, videos, business information, account access, approvals, or other materials necessary to complete the project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer has 7 business days to provide the required website-related materials after payment and project initiation.

If the required materials are not provided within the applicable timeframe, Expressions Website Design Corporation may cancel the project.

Cancellation under these circumstances does not entitle the customer to a refund, and all payments already made remain non-refundable.

Third-party services and fees:
Certain website services may involve third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting companies, software providers, payment processors, plugins, applications, or other vendors. Fees paid to third parties may be subject to their own terms and refund policies. Expressions Website Design Corporation cannot guarantee refunds for third-party fees and will not be responsible for third-party charges that are non-refundable.

Maintenance, hosting, and recurring services:
Payments for recurring services, including website maintenance, SEO, hosting, business email, or other subscription-based services, are non-refundable once the applicable billing period or service has begun. Cancellation of a recurring service does not automatically result in a refund for payments already made. Any minimum-term commitment, including a 12-month service agreement, remains subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Customer responsibility:
Customers are responsible for reviewing their quote, invoice, agreement, requested services, pricing, and project requirements before submitting payment. If you have questions about a service, price, project requirement, or agreement, please contact us before making payment so that we can clarify the terms.

Payment acknowledgment and agreement:

By submitting a payment to Expressions Website Design Corporation, the customer affirms that they have read, reviewed, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy before making the payment.

By making a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
* They have had the opportunity to review this policy.
* They understand that payments are non-refundable.
* They understand that payments for one service cannot be combined with, transferred to, or applied toward another service.
* They understand the applicable project and service requirements.
* They agree to the terms and conditions applicable to the service or project for which payment is being made.

Submitting payment constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.

Final Acknowledgment:
By submitting payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy before making the payment. The customer further acknowledges that the payment is specifically for the service or project identified in the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or service order and may not be combined with, transferred to, or applied toward other services or projects unless expressly authorized in writing by Expressions Website Design Corporation.
